Inspired by my childhood, my travels across the French countryside and the different encounters I’ve had with talented professionals and Chefs, I have decided to bring you the finest ingredients and recipes. I can proudly say these new menus are influenced by my family traditions, Michelin starred Chefs, Bistronomy, and my own touch.
Combining new techniques, freshest ingredients and French produce, I am now taking my cooking skills to new levels after receiving my training Certifications at prestigious French Cooking Schools (Ritz-Escoffier Cooking School and Alain Ducasse Culinary School). Whether you choose the Family Menu or the Extravaganza one, rest assured that the same attention to quality and details will be given.
